Port Annapolis and Southbound handled many tasks. We completely redesigned the foredeck and anchor locker adding a new windlass and storage compartment. New decking from Nordic was installed along with a new deck layout for the control lines. She is rigged for racing in the traditional way. Modern touches like and Antal main sail track, custom stainless blocks, new Hood sails and updated halyards make this boat a pleasure to sail. Currently Southbound is helping with the rigging of a new symmetrical spinnaker. At 24’8″ on dech, this will be the smallest competitor ever to enter the race. She will be driven by our good friends Brian Duff, Ted Reshetiloff and each of their sons.
